it's true that menu entries make the functions more discoverable.
otoh, having a menu entry for every action completely crowds the menu, which makes it a) simply too big for smaller terminals...
at now menu command overloaded and must be cutted.

"'ispell' spell check C-p " - "spell check C-p" - more usable and it don't need a change if/when spell checker will be changed.
May be "Mail..." should be external command in user menu.
(That's not use case for text editor)
