replace lucid builds with vivid

Description

According to ​http://www.midnight-commander.org/wiki/Binaries there are binaries produced for ubuntu lucid (10.04, EOL 30.04.15) but not vivid.
Would be nice to see builds for unsupported version replaced by the one people can actually use.
