file mc.lib have esc-sequence f1-f20 for many terminals, but it not full. Need to add some sequences for greatest compatibility.
For example:
f11=\eO1;2P
f12=\eO1;2Q

As this is a minor issue I move it to 4.6.3. if a fix is ready before we release 4.6.2 it get included else it's a blocker for 4.6.3
