While pressing PrtScr? comments lines (cursor can start anywhere)

To uncomment first press Home to move curs to bol
then pressing Delete uncomments lines accordingly.

Patch looks noncanonical(nonclassical) to be accepted.

Anyway it proved to be convenient and at the moment

it is my thanks to dev-team for great efforts building

the Best file manager.

Who knows (hope someone expert will like it)

So at the moment it is for the rest: text_mode-fans
And i don't like two keys (Alt-Key ..)
and i don't look to check from mc where it was called from (X or vt)

i don't look to go alone deeper in this patch

Here experts are needed

So if You know better solution

You propose the limited and hardcoded support of three file types. It is not right way. Solution must be more general and flexible.
