why i see letter "B" in root mc command line
(i use last git clone)

I didn't ever see it. But I don't use x86_64.
1st. Coud you provide a screenshot?
2nd. Which library did you compile MC with? S-Lang or NCurses? Which version?

screenshot: imagine letter B (big) after the space after the "#", something like this:

this bug was patched for russian fork (log time ago :) ) - but i forget it

then mc starts and pressing Ctrl-O - 'B' still there (line after blank line), then press Enter 'B' disappear, but then again Ctrl-O - 'B' at same place:
