Broken keymap after spell check

Description

Arch: amd_64

  1. Open a txt file
  2. Select russian text
  3. Call 'ispell' spell check (C-p), no ispell window is shown (1)
  4. Press arrow keys, instead off cursor moving you will see A,B,C and D letters for up,down,right and left (2)

If english text is selected, then ispell window is shown, but arrow keys comes broken any way
