FTP password field now fully masked with asterisks

Description

In old versions FTP input field mask only inputted chars. Now all password field space contains asterisks independently of password length. Can we restore old behavior (as in 4.7.0.x)?

Build packages with this patch applied - looks good. You can try it by installing mc from nightly builds (3:4.8.0-34-g0035a1d~git20111028-1)
