[extfs][urar][patch] handle broken rar archives better

Description

Currently if you try to enter a broken RAR archive you don't get any meaningful information.

The attached patch makes rar error messages available for viewing.

I don't like this approach anyway, because encrypted rar archives aren't treated properly with this patch.
