no.po is Norwegian Bokmål which has lang code "nb"

Description

no.po should be renamed to nb.po as it contains Bokmål which has official code "nb"

If in doubt:

How to distinguish:
ikke = bokmål, ikkje = nynorsk
a common used word

I should add that the patch is untested (autopoint problems here) but well, should work.
