Disk ARchive from http://dar.linux.free.fr/ is a shell command that backs up directory trees and files. I don`t know if it is possible to add support for .dar files, so one could "browse" them like it is already working for .tar archives. Kind regards Martin Seifert

I suggest writing a little 9P fileserver based on libdar
for that. With my 9P-vfs patch has gone into mainline,
you can easily access it :)
