Hi Andrew, could you please be so kind as to rebase against latest master and force-push? The last Travis build failed simply because the branch didn't (yet) contain .travis.yml, and so it used some default build settings, which are totally inappropriate for mc. Thanks!

Compiles, installs and starts up fine on Ubuntu 15.10 Wily and OSX 10.10.5 Yosemite.
