20	20	And have a hidden config option for experts that let you enable scroll beyond eof, until the last line of the file reaches the top of the screen. (The exact details of how End and Page Down behave could exactly match current mc, or could be fine tuned if required.) If that option is enabled, the search result can always show up on the top line, the Goto Line feature always brings the desired line to the top, and Jump To Eol becomes available for all lines of the file.
