Here's how to reproduce it.
- Copy a set of identical files into two directories /tmp/A and /tmp/B/1.
- Set the left panel to directory /tmp/A, the right panel to /tmp/B
- In the right panel Find the files you've just copied and panelize it.
- Run "Compare Directories" -> "Size Only"
- All the files (100% identical) will be highlighted.
That's a bug.
