Light gray skins

Now that we have a shiny user-friendly skin selector, I hope that some people will come some amazing skins.

For some reason, I find it hard to read light-on-dark text on my laptop, so my terminal runs with the less common black-on-white color scheme, and similarly, I'm looking for a similar color scheme in mc. So far I used sand256 (which was created by myself, too).

Now I created two new skins (very similar to each other), using the lightest shade of gray available (gray23 is not supported due to a Slang bug, so it's gray22). One uses orange and blue, and the other uses green and purple.

These are probably not the greatest looking skins, but are quite decent I hope. They're almost finished. Let me know if you like them and would like to include in mc, in that case I'll create a final version. If you decide not to ship them, I don't mind too much either.
