"Setup saved to ~/.config/mc/ini" is misleading

Description
The "Options -> Save setup" menu entry tells me "Setup saved to ~/.config/mc/ini".
This information is misleading, since this is not the only file written, e.g. panels.ini is also updated (perhaps other files too, I'm not sure.)
I recommend changing the wording to mention the directory only: "Setup saved to ~/.config/mc"
