    11This patch add a hotlist like bookmark list dialog to more user friendly management of bookmarks. 
     2We can: 
     3  * see a list of bookmarks with +1-1 line context of it 
     4  * goto a bookmark 
     5  * add current line as bookmark 
     6  * remove a bookmark 
     7  * flush displayed bookmark 
     8  * sort bookmarks by usage count, "abc" and line number (default), can reverse the list 
     9  * filter list: show only user bookmarks, or "found" bookmarks
