download translations from Transifex.net
done. Italian translation have updated from repo to Transifex (because 461b3f710a3120234fb3487d944a9597aa8ff72f)
update NEWS file in repo and Wiki
done
create new tag in git

new version in Trac

new milestone in Trac (no needed for stable branch)

create tar.(bz2|xz) package files
done
make checksums for archives
done
upload source packages and checksums to special upload area
done
developers should download tarballs, verify checksums, compile and locally install. If everything is ok than developers keep votes in ticket
