Description
We need to translate MAN-pages and hints on Transifex. For this, we need reimplementing some things in the source code. Very usefull tools for this are:
- po4a - prepare docs for translate and vise versa
- tx - CLI Transifex client.

Unfortunately, Slava never got to do it properly and I had to disable man resources to avoid waste of translator work.
I have now rewritten hints integration though, and on this basis, man pages can be implemented as well. Initial gettextize is needed though to salvage old translations.
One day... maybe.
