New 256 colors skin -- Xoria256

Description

Hi, I created a new skin Xoria256 which is based on a vim color scheme with the same name.

To use you need a 256 colors capable terminal and an mc from git (I used the master branch).

Attaching the skin itself and a screenshot.

P.S. Would like to see it included into the distribution. Thanks.
