MC doesn't allow to scroll a bzip'ped file past 16384 bytes

Description

When I open this particular file in my MC

GNU Midnight Commander 4.7.4
Virtual File Systems: cpiofs, tarfs, sfs, extfs, ftpfs, fish, smbfs
With builtin Editor
Using system-installed S-Lang library with terminfo database
With subshell support as default
With support for background operations
With mouse support on xterm and Linux console
With internationalization support
With multiple codepages support
Data types: char: 8; int: 32; long: 32; void *: 32; size_t: 32; off_t: 64;

and try to scroll it down using Page Down, MC stops at 16384+ byte.

This relative to #2135: as third-party effect this issue was fixed in 2135_end_button_in_viewer branch
