Copying files to CIFS mounts fails for some files with permission denied errors

Description

Hi!

1) Unpack attached folder somewhere on your regular filesystem
2) Move cursor on it and press F6 (CIFS mount has to be open on another pane)
3) When "permission denied" pops up press Skip

You will see a file or even few files left behind.

Move again and it will work. Also if you hit Retry it will work. This never happens when the directory already exists on the other side. Crazy.

P.S. It does not matter whether preserve attributes is on or off.
