mc hangs when run on a linux console with framebuffer

mc зависает при запуске на консоли linux с фреймбуффером (размер, отличный от VGA: 800x600, 1024x768) на различных видеокартах и архитектурах x86, x86_64. Показывает обратный слэш в правом верхнем углу и всё. Подвержены версии 4.7.2 и master.

mc кофигурирован на архитектуре x86_64 (slackware64) с опциями ./configure --prefix=/usr --program-prefix= --program-suffix= --mandir=/usr/man --infodir=/usr/info --localstatedir=/var --sysconfdir=/etc --libdir=/usr/lib64 --enable-shared --disable-static --enable-extcharset --enable-netcode --enable-background --enable-charset --with-gpm-mouse --with-vfs-undelfs --with-x --with-vfs --with-samba --with-configdir=/etc/samba --with-codepagedir=/etc/codepages

But anyway, I use vga="791" framebuffer on nVidia GeForce? 8500 GT (rev a1) and cannot confirm this bugreport.

It configured with /configure --prefix=/usr --program-prefix= --program-suffix= --mandir=/usr/man --infodir=/usr/info --localstatedir=/var --sysconfdir=/etc --libdir=/usr/lib64 --enable-shared --disable-static --enable-extcharset --enable-netcode --enable-background --enable-charset --with-gpm-mouse --with-vfs-undelfs --with-x --with-vfs --with-samba --with-configdir=/etc/samba --with-codepagedir=/etc/codepages ;

uses slang library.

I obeserv this issue on uvesafb and aty128fb.
