Description
When saving changes to the settings, despite confirmation Setup is saved in ~/.mc/ini there is no such directory.
This was tested under Fedora12, CentOS 5.4 and Ubuntu 9.10 and behaviour was different.
In F12, CentOS it would save under root only, but not under regular user. Copying setup from root to /home and chown helped.
Under Ubuntu it will not save at all.
