panel: bad mounpoint is no longer 'red' highlighted

1. Create bad mountpoint. the simplest way is to mount some fuse filesystem as random user without -oallow_other.

   sudo su testie sh -c "mkdir /tmp/foose; smbnetfs /tmp/foose"
   

2. Execute mc /tmp and see ?foose (not red), but it used to be
