Copy/Move dialogs steal Kill Word shortcut

Description

Copy/Move? dialogs use the M-d shortcut for "Dive into subdir if exists". M-d stands for Kill Word and, I think, it should stay that way. Maybe use M-v for "diVe"? :)

Attached patch (against 4.7.0-pre1) fixes this.
