Minor correction to the RPM SPEC file

Description

Currently there is a bunch of wrappers at /usr/libexec/mc/mc*sh which are left unpackaged after make install by the RPM mc.spec file. This causes rpmbuild to fail.

The attached patch fixes this issue.
