Compare directories does not work as expected

1) Compare directories does not work recursively.
2) In compare directories in method "Thorough" different items highlighted only on one panel.
Please note if filesize of files different, directory compare "Thorough" got less results than "Size only"!
To easy reproduce I attach archive with 2 sample directories.

Hi!
Is there any chance this issue gonna be fixed any time soon?
I tried to bisect to help you out guys, but it seems that it never really worked. Between 4.6.2 and 4.6.99 broke down, but then at some point somebody partly fixed it.
My suggestions right now:
1) Make it work recursively as it does in FAR
2) Rename "Quick" to "Timestamps" to reflect its meaning
3) Rename "Thorough" to "Contents" to reflect its meaning
4) In "Size only" mode the file with latest timestamp should be selected, just as in "Timestamps" and "Contents" modes
I guess this already will make it pretty much usable.
