'Find File' dialog: rename 'Regular expression' to 'Using shell patterns'

Description
Since MC allow use as shell patterns as regular expressions for file names (in Copy/Move? dialog, in Select/Unselect? dialog, somewhere else),
there is a reason to make unification of matched checkbox names. I propose apply the '&Using shell patterns' name everywhere, default value is 'On'.
If checkbox value is 'Off', regular expressions (PCRE) will be used.
Also the audit of usage of '[x] shell Patterns' configuration option should be performed.
