man page uses "the Midnight Commander" instead of "Midnight Commander"

GNU Midnight Commander 4.8.11

the man page has frequent references to "the Midnight Commander". the name is "Midnight Commander", so these references should all say "Midnight Commander".

for example: "changes the current directory of the shell to the last directory the Midnight

Commander was in."

should be: "changes the current directory of the shell to the last directory Midnight

Commander was in."
