Description
As pointed out in ticket:2283#comment:7 and ticket:3250, mc's help viewer suffers from various scrolling issues.
mcview's new engine (implemented in 3250) should be extended to handle mc's hlp input format (next to nroff) and to be able to wrap at word boundaries. Then the help viewer should be changed to use this engine.
