"Configure options" first entry not highlighted

Description
F9 -> Options -> Configurations (or Panel options or Confirmation)
The first entry (where the cursor is) is not highlighted, it has the same color as all the other entries.
Move the cursor down and up, it will be highlighted by cyan background as expected.
