please revert to normal menu alignment

Description

In MC 4.8.2 one of the changes was new "justified" menu alignment.

This is creating discomfort, because such changes in MC presentation are unexpected (and unwanted).

More importantly, this is a serious diversion from common GUI standards where vast majority of applications have top level horizontal menu left aligned.

I believe many people (including myself) will consider this to be regression.

Please restore traditional menu alignment.
