Description
cd to ~ or ~ with subdirs may fail when issued from the in the command line if more than one space is separating the "cd" and "~". So, "cd ~" works, but "cd ~" fails.
MC is 4.7.1 release.

Limitations of internal cd command :( ? A general solution has to be found... This is not the only ticket which concerns internal coomands.
