Mouse wheel shouldn't change sorting preferences in panels

Description
When scrolling a file list with a mouse wheel it's very easy to accidentally do the scrolling over the panel header area - "'n Name │ Size │Permission".
Scrolling there changes the sorting method with every scroll event, as if it was an ordinary click, which causes the sort order to change 5-6 times each time I turn the scroll wheel.
I think the headers should only react to ordinary mouse clicks (possibly left mouse click only).
