ftp timeout processing

Description

mc (then work with ftp) timeout prcessing is not good:

  1. open some ftp site (i use local ftp)
  2. put cursor on some file(or dir)
  3. wait some time (wait time out) 20min+
  4. dont move cursor - try to copy/del selected file - press f5/f8
  5. mc now quits from ftp to local disk (refreshing panel in background of question dialog) and ask about copy/del file/dir that NOW cursor set on

what very bad - i expect what file operation MUST be on ftp file or dir, and not on another file/dir
that may lost data, because i dont expect that mc change dir without my command
mc must refresh ftp dir before asking and anyway stay on ftp

Replying to x905:

  1. mc now quits from ftp to local disk (refreshing panel in background of question dialog) and ask about copy/del file/dir that NOW cursor set on

I tried to reproduce this bug with ftp.gnu.org. Current mc is [c9ca0cc01bd627c19626083b88a5a3dd0642c6db] works as expected for me. Does anybody confirm this bug is still actual on recent master?
