create mark and move *up* command

Description

currently there is a "mark (select) file and (optionally) move down" command. it would be nice to have a "mark and (optionally) move up" command too, and have separate keybindings for each. one could then assign both commands e.g to SHIFT+UP and SHIFT+DOWN sortcuts as in far manager and others.

this would be very handy!

the default could be mantained (INS marks and [optionally] moves down ), so it wouldn't interfere with current users used to it.
