cant position cursor with mouse

Description

start edit new file (shift-f4)
paste one big line bigger then scree width (for example "1234567890 "x30)
move to the end of line (press end)
click mouse in center - cursor jump not in center but somethere in left
if line fits in screen - cursor positions ok
