A nice dark skin for consideration

Description

For those who don't like shiny and bright.
Uses UTF-8 symbols for some of the arrows and such.
Best with the menu bar off.

Attaching a patch that adds mark highlighting, tones down the error dialog, adds some viewer and diffviewer definitions, and tweaks to title and hotfocus items.
