Need to change names of some files and content of these files.

For example, current po/be.po need to rename into po/be-tarask.po
Traditional Belarussian must place in po/be.po

I'm from Belarus and can say that translation is ok and patch ready to be merged.

Branch 170_belarussian_translation now recreated with many commits.
Parent branch: mc-4.6

git branch looks really good.
be.po looks sane for me (i'm belarus language carrier :])

I vote for merge it into master ASAP :]
