Panelize doesn't work when Start at: is empty in Find file dialog

Description

This might happen e.g. on the first run, when Start at: is empty. I think we need to set Start at: as "." by default on first run in Find file dialog, but also fix Panelize so that it works with empty string as well as the search does actually work...
