Missing keybindings

Description
With default instalation don't work:
- editor - ctrl-shift-up/down (due to missing entries in mc.keymap)
- panel - shift-F3 (simple view - missing in mc.keymap and keybind)
- viewer - 'n' (according to help C-s, F17, n should do CK_ViewContinueSearch; help doesn't mention C-r which is binded).

Ad. 2 - mc.keymap contains shift-F3 which doesn't work, f13 works as expected and is consistent with the rest of f1x.
