[PATCH] added new syntax file 'filehighlight.syntax'

Description

This patch adds a new syntax file sytax/filehighlight.syntax and makes relevant additional entry in misc/Syntax file.

It helped me editing the filehighlight.ini a lot; contains keyword and rexexp rules. Hope this will be useful for other users of MC also.
